Congratulations to iAnimate alumni Darrell Vasquez, previous student Jeff Williams, and the whole Insomniac Games team on their release today of Sunset Overdrive. The game is getting amazing reviews all the way around (see below)! We know a lot of blood, sweat, and Over Charge went in to the making of this game.

After years focused on the gaming industry, I felt the need to go further in the level of subtlety and polish of my work. I wanted to make the jump from games to animation feature films, but my reel was missing some decent acting pieces! With this goal in mind, I decided to enroll Feature Animation Workshops 4 and 5, while working fulltime during 2013. Tal Shwarzman and Stephen Melagrano are outstanding instructors. I worked really hard to reach the pro level required by them. But the effort paid off. I sent my new reel to Lightbox Entertainment and I've been hired for their upcoming feature film "Capture The Flag" (Paramount worldwide distribution). And....I cannot be more thrilled! Thank you, iAnimate!
